How many staff members do you have in your forum?

Forums aren't managed by a single person especially when the community grows very large. Webmasters/Admins of a particular forum website needs staffs to keep the community more engaging, and managing the forum best.

uhhh, one mod, a vice admin and a manger that acts as a vice admin at times. Not very much

3 right now, which is more than necessary but we've always run our forums together so it wouldn't be right for any of us to step down.
Even with our recent boost of activity 3 is still more than enough, it will be a good long while before we need to start seeking new staff.
