Have you ever purchased a theme/style for your website, blog, or forum that down right didn't work, or worked with a ton of errors, bugs, etc.? If so, how did you go about handling that?
I picked up a wordpress theme that I thought was good, but ended up not being so. Did pick up a good Xenforo theme, but I'm not getting the needed support for it now

I know the feeling behind both of those. Sadly, you're never really 100% sure what you're getting until you start to mess with it. Especially wordpress now that this newer update came out which in all honestly completely destroyed the program.

When I created my first blog site, I purchased wordpress theme hoping it brings that enthralling color to my website background. But it didn't entice me cos that's not what I hoped for when I saw the look of the forum.
