apathy submitted a new resource:

[AP] Minimum Characters for Post Count - Only increases post count if character count exceeds a specified number.

This addon will stop users post counts from increasing, unless their message length exceeds a number which you can configure in the Admin panel (by default it's 75).

This can be useful if you hire paid posters or do post exchanges, and don't want people to cheese their way with low effort posts.

Normal members post counts are affected too, but you can add ID's to a list to exclude them from the check.
Of course, that wouldn't be ideal on a big forum where you get several registrations every day... but I dont think the alternative of making the option be an inclusion list is ideal either, as you might not be online when the paid poster/exchanger signs up and starts posting.

I'll have to have a brainstorm and see if I can come up with a solution to that.
